VAT exemption SRO regarding API

SRO no.178/AIN/2019/35-Mushak –

Provided that certain conditions are fulfilled, except the advance tax, while importing, VAT imposed on raw materials used to produce products fall under Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) has now been exempted.
