Revision of ADR rule

SRO no.204/AIN/Income Tax/2016

The alternative Dispute Resolution rule has been revised to extend the timeline of appointment of the representative after receiving the application. It also updates the responsibilities of the personnel assisting the case to expedite the resolution of the dispute.
