Amendment of SRO no.215/AIN/Income Tax/2019 regarding commercial vehicle

SRO no. 165/AIN/Income Tax/2021
-In clause-GHA two new conditions are added:
‘If fitness is renewed for more than 1 year then income tax has to be paid by 30th June in the following year or years at the rate specified in clause-KA’
‘If taxpayer is unable to pay the tax, then he has to pay the sum at the past rate of unpaid tax and new rate of renewal year.
-This is effective from 1st July 2021.
