SRO regarding capital machinery

SRO no.113-AIN/2021/02/Customs 

– VAT, Supplementary duty and Import duty on Machinery and spare parts, in excess of 1% is exempted provided certain conditions are fulfilled.
– SRO no.121/AIN/2020/72-Customs issued on 3 June 2020 has been revoked
– This is effective from 3 June 2021.
