SRO related to Oil-Gas-Investment

SRO no.130-AIN/2021/19/Customs

– VAT, import duty and SD (if any) has been exempted on import and re-export of parts, spare parts used in exploration, extraction and production of minerals, oil and gas in Bangladesh provided certain conditions are fulfilled.
– SRO no.132/AIN/2020/82-Customs issued on 3 June 2020 has been revoked.
– This is effective from 3 June 2021.
