Cancellation of SROs (2023)

SRO no. 169/AIN/Income Tax/2023
The following SROs have been cancelled:
– SRO no. 417A-L/76 regarding exemption of interest payable on foreign loans
– SRO no. 88L/80 and SRO no. 333/AIN/Income Tax/2011 regarding exemption of tax on income from mutual fund
– SRO no. 187L/83 regarding amendments made in Licenses and Permits fees Order, 1958
– SRO no. 150/AIN/2003
– SRO no. 158/AIN/Income Tax/2014 regarding rate of tax on capital income reduced to 25% for autonomous entities.
– SRO no. 159/AIN/Travel/2014 and SRO no. 324/AIN/Travel/2015 regarding travel tax
– This SRO is effective from 01 July 2023.
