Mohin joined ACE in 2022 and swiftly distinguished himself as a key team member. His background in internal auditing and process development, gained at Talisman Limited., has proven valuable to the firm.

His comprehensive understanding of the Income Tax Act, 2023, Income Tax Ordinance, 1984 and the VAT and SD Act, 2012 enables him to effectively navigate the complex local regulatory landscape and manage the firm’s diverse clientele. He specializes in providing strategic advice on intricate tax and VAT issues arising out of both local and cross-border transactions.

Beyond consultancy on tax and VAT regulations, Mohin’s expertise encompasses research and development, payroll management, internal audit planning and effective liaison with different local authorities such as RJSC, BIDA and banks on behalf of the clients. His skills in reorganizing accounting systems and liaising with auditors have facilitated international loan acquisitions for a number of clients. One of his distinguishing strengths lies in his ability to onboard new clients effectively addressing their challenges with local regulations and providing invaluable guidance through the labyrinth of regulatory authorities.

Mohin embarked on his journey in professional accounting with ACCA immediately after graduating from the University of Dhaka under Govt. Titumir College. He is continuing his pursuit of the ACCA membership and is currently on the Skills level.
