Amendment of S.R.O. No.-147-AIN/2025/270-Mushak

The National Board of Revenue, under the powers granted by the Value Added Tax and Supplementary Duties Act, 2012, has issued amendments to S.R.O. No.-147-Act/2020/108-Mushak. The changes revise the maximum retail price for cigarettes containing flavoring capsules to address public health risks. These changes are effective immediately.
