Anik is one of the most vibrant and prolific members of the team. He joined in 2018 and has since then had one of the most multifaceted portfolios. He has an extensive knowledge of the income tax regulation of the country which allowed him to lead the implementation of VAT Act 2012 in the clientele of the firm and provide some of the most contentious and onerous services to clients like advising them on complex tax and VAT issues of various local and cross border transactions, keeping them updated on the constant changes in regulation and maintaining their compliance with all sorts of regulatory filings. He is also an expert in HR and payroll management, planning and managing internal audit mandates including reporting to relevant authority, process reorganization of accounting system for companies, and liaising with auditors and assisting in a variety of cross-functional projects for the audit of group accounts. Anik played one of the most indispensable roles in designing the payroll software and IT infrastructure of the firm. He is also responsible for the operational maintenance of these.

Anik started his journey in professional accounting with his training from ACNABIN Chartered Accountants and is pursuing the ACCA qualification.
