With over 8 years of expertise in Direct & Indirect Taxes, Tax Planning, and Financial Reporting & Analysis, he brings a wealth of knowledge to our team. Joy is a highly skilled and results-oriented professional, known for his meticulous approach to tax planning and analysis. With a keen eye for detail, he consistently ensures compliance with complex tax regulations while maximizing financial benefits for clients. Having completed his articleship with ACNABIN Chartered Accountants, Joy joined as Senior Assistant Manager in Taxation department. In 2021, he further expanded his skill set by transitioning to UCB Fintech Company Limited, where he served as SEO, Tax and VAT, gaining practical insights into the complexities of tax management in the fintech industry.

Before joining ACE Advisory, Joy played a pivotal role at ACNABIN, where he successfully managed an extensive tax practice. He demonstrated his proficiency in diverse areas such as direct & indirect tax planning and compliances, tax assessment, appeals, tribunals, and high court cases for prominent multinational and local groups of companies. With his comprehensive expertise in tax matters and financial analysis, Joy is a reliable resource for our clients. His strong analytical skills, attention to detail and dedication to delivering high-quality results make him one of the most indispensable members of our tax department. Joy is currently a member of the most prestigious accountancy body of the country, the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh. He completed his BBA from Daffodil International University.
