Mredula joined ACE Advisory in 2019 and quickly became an integral member of the team. Specializing in energy and solar sector clients, she expertly manages complex reporting structures from data entry to the completion of management reports. Mredula plays a key role in overseeing payroll processes, advising on labor law compliance, and managing payroll-related submissions, making her a trusted advisor to her clients.

She ensures clients meet all regulatory and compliance obligations, efficiently handling secretarial filings, share issuance, transfers, and company incorporations. Her ability to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders, including auditors and government bodies, ensures smooth annual statutory audits and tax filings. Mredula’s expertise in managing international clients while keeping them aligned with local compliance requirements makes her a critical player in maintaining client satisfaction and driving business continuity.

Mredula started her professional journey with ACCA right after A Levels and was a country high achiever in two ACCA modules: Performance Management (PM) and Strategic Business Leader (SBL). Prior to joining ACE Advisory, she gained valuable experience working with ACCA-approved learning partners for more than two years.
