He is an expert in onboarding clients and navigating local regulations. He assists with company incorporation and provides support with RJSC, DIFE, Trademark & Patent Office, City Corporation, and bank proceedings, including drafting all necessary legal documents.

Shymon is also an adept facilitator of Foreign Direct Investment (FDI), particularly in guiding multinational corporations through the intricacies of expanding their operations into Bangladesh. He has extensive experience in the registration and renewal of Branch Offices, Liaison Offices, or Representative Offices through BIDA. Additionally, he has assisted our clients in obtaining e-Visa recommendations, work permits, as well as work permit amendments and renewals. His expertise in this domain includes navigating regulatory landscapes, optimizing financial structures, and establishing robust compliance frameworks.
