Zahid joined ACE on 2018 and has since then been one of the most diligent and ingenious members of the team. His portfolio includes some of the most distinctive and onerous services like feasibility studies, obtaining work permits and worker visas for expatriate employees, incorporation and liquidation of company and branch office, issuance and transfer of shares of companies, and complex accounting issues like lease accounting, liaising with auditors and assisting in a variety of cross-functional projects for the audit of group accounts for some of the biggest multinational companies. Zahid has been directly involved with the set-up work of Moheshkhali Floating LNG (MLNG) project, Bangladesh’s First LNG Import Terminal. He is an expert in accounting and corporate secretarial works, advisory works related to setting up in Bangladesh, Companies Act, and different accounting software. Besides client work, he is also involved with the operational management of the firm.

Zahid started his journey with professional accounting right after the completion of his HSC and has since then been pursuing the ACCA qualification.
