Amendment of SRO no.176/AIN/2019/33-Mushak regarding VAT exemption of automobiles

SRO no.144/AIN/2021/141-Mushak
VAT is exempted on import of materials and spare parts used in local automobile production.
-In paragraph 1, ‘except advance tax’ is replaced with ‘including income tax’.
Clause CHHA of conditions is removed.
-Paragraph 7 is removed.
-In paragraph 11, the words ’30 June 2021′ are replaced by ’30 June 2026.’
