Amendment of SRO no.229/AIN/2019/65-Mushak regarding VAT exemption on mobile phone manufacturing

SRO no.146/AIN/2021/143-Mushak
VAT is exempted on import of materials and spare parts used in local cellular phone production.
-In paragraph 1 clause KA, the words ‘in case of import of necessary at import stage’ are replaced by ‘in case of import and local purchase of necessary materials and spare parts’
-In paragraph 1 clause 7, the words ‘ 30 April 2021’ are replaced by ‘6(six) months’
-Paragraph 2 is replaced by ‘This is to be effective immediately nad is valid till 30 June 2023’.
