Implementation of fees, charges, and penalties for CIB online services and compliance

Outlines updates regarding the registration fee, service charges, and penalties related to CIB online services for banks and financial institutions in BD. It introduces a waiver of service charges for CMSME sector entrepreneurs applying for loans of Tk 10 Lakh or less, simplifying the process for cottage and micro loans. Banks and financial institutions are required to submit details of CMSME loan applicants exempted from charges by the 5th of each month, with all other instructions from CIB Circular No-02/2011 remaining unchanged.
