Repeal of clause (15) of section 2, Part 3 of the Sixth Schedule of the Income Tax Act, 2023

The National Board of Revenue, under the authority of section 341 of the Income-tax Act, 2023 (Act No. 12 of 2023), has revoked clause (15) of section 2, Part 3 of the Sixth Schedule of the Income Tax Act, 2023.
This notification is effective immediately.
