To operate ride-sharing services organizations required “Ride Sharing Service Provider Enlistment Certificate” from BRTA. The ride-sharing service provider must be a public or private limited company with TIN and VAT number and must comply with all the conditions of a public or private limited company.
This Guideline will be effective from 08 March 2018.
