Tax exemption on donations for NGO ‘ADHIKAR’

The National Board of Revenue has confirmed that, as a registered NGO with the NGO Affairs Bureau, ‘ADHIKAR’ is entitled to a tax exemption on such funds under the Income Tax Act, 2023.
