Company secretary services
- Advisory services in connection with completion of share certificates, issue of share certificates and completion of counter foils.
- Advisory services regarding maintenance of various registers in connection with company secretarial matters. share register, share transfer register, Board of Directors (Minutes, register, meeting attendance register, AGM/EGM Minutes register, AGM/EGM attendance register etc.). Please note that updating the above registers/minutes’ books will be completely dependent on your input, i.e. you must let us know of any new share issue, share transfer, board meetings etc.
- Advisory services on day to day company secretarial matters including sending reminders on mandatory compliances as per prescribed timelines
- Drafting of notice, agenda, resolutions, and minutes of meetings as per inputs from company authorized representatives.
- Preparation and filing of forms / documents to be filed with RJSC including insertion of signed documentation into corporate records and periodical returns to be mandatorily filed with RJSC.
Compliance Services
- Preparation and filing of annual returns (Schedule X) to RJSC (for limited companies).
- Preparation and submission of quarterly filings to BIDA/NBR/Central Bank for branch/liaison offices.
- Assisting with renewal of BIDA permissions for branch/liaison offices.
- Renewal of trade licenses at City Corporations.
- Preparation and filing of forms / documents to be filed with Bangladesh Bank including quarterly FDI returns (for limited companies).
- Any other compliance activity applicable to specific clients.
