Exemption to foreign nationals who work on the PPP Dhaka Elevated Expressway

Foreign nationals engaged in the Dhaka Elevated Expressway PPP project are relieved from the obligation to pay income tax on their earnings derived from this initiative during the period from 01/07/2023 AD to 30/06/2026 AD. is authorized under sub-section (1) of section 76 of the Income Tax Act, 2023 (Act No. 12 of 2023).
