Payment of the loan and installment of savings schemes

DFIM Circular Letter No. 24
BB issued a circular regarding loan repayments and installment payments for savings schemes. From July 18 to July 25, 2024, banks are instructed to ensure no penalties are imposed for late payments during this period. All instructions are effective immediately under the Banking Companies Act, 2023, to assist customers facing financial challenges.
