RJSC Form VI – Notice of Situation of Registered Office or Any Change Therein (The Companies Act, 1994): This form is filed with the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies and Firms (RJSC) to declare the registered office address of a newly incorporated company or to notify any subsequent change in that address. Under the Companies Act, 1994, every company must maintain an official registered office, and any alteration must be promptly reported through Form VI to keep statutory records accurate and compliant.
