RJSC Form XLI – Notice of Alteration in the Address of the Registered or Principal Office of a Company: This form is submitted to the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies and Firms (RJSC) to officially notify a change in the registered or principal office address of a company. Every company incorporated under the Companies Act must maintain an up-to-date registered office address with RJSC. Whenever the company shifts its principal place of business or changes its official address, Form XLI must be duly completed and filed to record the alteration in the statutory records.
